Product Managers, Are You Meant to Fail?

You are meant to fail sometimes, and that's ok. The question is did you learn something? Andim you didn't learn anything, that's where i'm going to get upset that nothing was learned,. But if you learn theni what i would encourage any product manager to do is then form a new point of view on that. I feel like product managers should have a sense of agency to have a point of view. If you're hired into a larg fast moving organization, you are hired for a reason. We really trust that you are going to create value that we don't have to day.
