At the beginning of this war, we thought we were a couple of days from the fall of Kiev. We now had this extraordinary spectacle of rebel troops being within 100 or so miles of Moscow. Ukrainians in general are very happy to see a little bit of instability in a country. And that instability is caused in no small part by Putin and the Russian government's conduct during this war.
