Finance and just, I guess if you want to call it frugality, has always been something that I've just been doing. We are able to put away about 65 up to 85% of our salary every month. So with that amount of money, it's not a lot, but it's definitely enough to make a dent. And now we don't have any more debt. That might be the highest saving rate I've ever heard from a resident. It's pretty awesome.
