The Importance of Flexibility in Training

Rowers can get different injuries by the way. Posture, micro aids stress. A posture change and training technique simply moves the risk from part of the body to another. You know, you can't have three elasti if you have a crew of eight,. for example, you can’t have three elastic rowers and then five strength athletes. The boat just doesn't humve or in and out of the water at different times. So it's so interesting. One Olympic program and we really knocked back their incidents of back injury but now they're reporting more hip impingement. Isn't that interesting? Yeah.
