Using La Resoir Strain in the Allegoritm

The investigators tested if la resoir strain was of incremental value to the established algorithm in three different models. Of these three models, the first one showed highest ability to identify patients with elevated filling pressure. It showed a sensitivity of 69 %, specificity of 84 % and an overall accuracy of 81%. The third model added ala reservoir strain to the existing three criteria and categorized patients as having elevated pressure if three of the four criteria were positive.
