The Importance of Culture in a Growth Stage Company

I don't consider ourselves yet a mature growth stage company. But ultimately, it was about putting people in the right seats. I reached one of these stages because it hurts sometimes when you have somebody that's been with you from the seed stage. The next stage as we continue to accelerate this year is really going into this new and expanding into these new sectors.
