What a Machine Can't Do Yet?
Coaching is designed as a linear sequence of questions. It's basically the same question: What is your goal? You can go with different words, but that's the question. So if all you're doing as a coach is delivering this model, you're following a process as closely to the process as you can. That would seem to me like a machine will come along and they will observe you, thousands of other people doing the same thing, and it will find the optimum way of doing it.
