How to Induce an Aneurysm in a Whipple

The average otherwise healthy patient, I would pre-medicate with lidocaine and fentanyl. Beyond that, I will give propofol to actually induce general anesthesia. 100 micrograms of nichardipine given as a bolus dose is a pretty modest dose. And you should see a drop and a map of at least 10 or 15, if not more, pretty quickly.
