Druid in the Ad Tech Use Cases?

Druid was developed at an ad tech startup called Metamarkets where I still work. Druid is pretty popular in ad tech because it was initially developed for an ad tech use case. We've seen it now get adopted for operations use cases. For example, systems operations monitoring, collecting systems logs and doing analytics and aggregations on top of system logs.
