Do They Really Believe What They're Peddling on Social Media?

I see this a lot, especially with respect to toxins. Do these people really believe what they're peddling on social media or no? I think there definitely is a more cynical kind of person who is saying things that they know are not true for some sort of financial kickback. But often it's just, you know, and we've seen this the most obvious example is something like anti-vaccine propaganda. A doctor may embrace that knowing that they'll build an audience even though they may not believe it at all.
