Most probably 80% or more has to be congruent. But there are some things that you can do non-verbally that you canDo to emphasize or increase things that you might not necessarily feel. It's incredibly important to be able to read someone's facial expression. Most of the time we just listen with our ears, but tuning into someone's facial expressions along with their words is a big deal.
