The Importance of Liberal Democracy
Liberalism is good at getting people to genuinely believe that the state should have limits. In America there are conservatives doing this actually just actively legislating against the excessive of liberal liberalism which is a good thing. "Real liberal democracy does not restrict the power of government ultimately it allows for the centralization and control of government by destroying competing spheres of authority" says Demaster.
