I like it already in that we're friends. We did an interview in June 2014 episode 73 together. But there's a lot of things I kind of want to share a little bit about you some people have some context. You've been kidnapped twice. That's right. Like can you just tell the durations of time you were kidnapped for. Sure. They were short durations thankfully. The plant honestly makes a huge difference. It's a goal in the plant.
