If you're a trans person, if you don't have other reasons why you can't, maybe arm yourself in some way. I do think it is worth learning how to make your own drugs and learn how to source your nytrogen from places that are not just a doctor. There seems to be a trend of making h r t illegal a via the medical system. So at this is something to look into, because it seems more or more people will face restrictions in this vein.
