Margot: The way that you can talk about the value of CAM needs to be different, depending not just on your audience, but on the specific use cases. How do you quantify that? Is it in hours saved looking for information, waiting for answers, recreating information; is it in just levels of duplication or redundancy across systems? I mean, what is that dollar savings that you tend to put front and center when you're talking about thevalue of CAM? It is more around the time saved. Like how much more? And this is all based on survey responses, right? Yeah.
