Tone Is Important When You're on the Phone

When people can see you on zoom or Microsoft teams or they can see you in person, I see a lot of people that really concentrate on their tone. And part of one of the biggest things that, that, that affects your tone and how you come across is the way your body's moving when you say certain things. So for me, I just, I got used to phone selling and then I just started selling everyone over the phone,. Um, and so that, that sort of became my thing was being able to close people off an outbound into a fitness product anywhere from 97-100%.
