The Importance of Connecting With Refugees
The sense of urgency and crisis is very real it's not being exaggerated at all. The existential weight of that is something that is not captured by the news. A young Syrian woman who had fled several wars already was just kind of freely envisioning where she would go to build a life in the future. And as we were chatting I realized it was best I could realize what she was going through because she, she had a no home.
