There is no data out there in the literature where people have tested the amount of time a dog can hold on and produce a certain amount of bite force. And Anthony thinks that when it comes to dog bites, it's not actually about the dog breeds at all. It's not the dogs that are the problem, it's the dog owners that really are the problem.
