The Origins of Property

I saw you speak almost a decade ago. It's certainly approaching 10 years, I'm sure. Very good. So can you just take us through your property origin story? And I noted a real genuine interest when I was doing a bit of research that you studied land management. But most of the degrees that would lead you to a chance of end qualification are called something along those lines. We were often involved with planning authorities because they didn't particularly like these big stores on bypasses. You know, it was fascinating to be exposed at that sort of level.
