Intuitive Leadership

I use the judging or decision making function of introverted feeling. For me, I have ENFP best fit type preferences. What we talk about is an extraverted feeling called Harmony. It's about getting needs met in the outer world. And it could be allowing everybody to have a voice but also being consensus oriented.
