Do Lawyers Just Switch Sides?
Lawyers can't switch sides. It's called a conflict of interest. You're supposed to be conflicted out. I've had to switch lawyersb s a lawyer that was representing me in something joined out the law firm with another lawyer who used to represent another client, whom i'm also in a dispute with, years ago. Its like the most unethical thing you can possibly do as an attorney. And why did he do it? Because he got paid millions and millions of dollars by russians to do it. He just did care enough about anything other than money to think that that would be a problem. The guy sounds like a sociopath. That' just my non professional opinion.
