The Battle for the Right Wing Justices
Adam Cohen: "We need to use whatever tools are available, right?" He says Congress has a huge amount of power here. The number of justices, non-justices, that's not in the Constitution. It got raised tonight. And if they just start talking about changing numbers, that might intimidate,. you know, the right wing justice a little bit. I think term limits are absolutely appropriate. No one is coming back to be there for another 30 or 40 years.
