Timothy Stanley: What made it sort of cross the chasm to more people knowing about it and more people using it in their daily lives was making a chatbot free. And we should talk about the difference between what we call the hype cycle or more specifically, what Gartner defined as the hype cycle. He says there comes a point when those and all the enthusiasm, all the stuff in the hype cycle has to go across this big chasm where the people who are really excited sort of convinced the rest of us to say okay, this is real. We'll actually spend some money on this.
