JAMA deemed it one of the most impactful papers that they published in the decade of 2010 to 2020. We didn't even think we weren't even sure it was going to be published, right? The funny thing about this paper was we didn't understand where the right home was for this paper because it was computer science and data science. And then once that worked, we set up a prospective trial to prospectively enroll people across different sites,. Not just to look at how the model did in these real world settings, but also understand how that affected the system overall.
