Della's 16th Birthday

Della was beloved by all, and the ruler of the blue castle was always a fairy of great compassion. On her 16th birthday, she would become queen, and she would be able to share all the love for her people that lived in her heart. The men from the red castle came dressed in deep red, their eyes burned like the fires of hell. They murdered without care, and for every drop of blood spilled, Isod shed a bitter tear. When they finally came to her, her home lying in flames around them, her body was a dry, empty shell.
