You start up your application, it needs access to oas, azure storage, lob storage. How do you get that locally? You have this other set of code that's tested when you're te riding code locally in b and i call ot garbage on the e. I totally agree with what you're saying. Api is a mock api should be used there. But when you actually need something to work the same way locally, that it's going to work in a deployed environment? How do you do that if the only thing that can get it to you is the application pipe line?
