Doctor Kennedy's Book

The book was co-written by a pastor at chucks church who has a brother, and that brother co wrote the book with you. If somebody wants to get their hands on this book, is it still in print? Is there a place we can go? i've seen em for sale on e bay for like five 600 dollars. How many more are available? Idon't know. There ave a hundred thousand in print. I think we still have some, but they manage all of that.
