Organizational Politics

There's still a sort of a risk of a bias there, or the people that we choose. I've seen that happen as organization's transition through an accident. The idea of starting with a small group and then enlarging it as things get big is really important. You can't get impolite from right at the beginning; you have to be very refined in your approach. But having intention and some sense of who you bring in is one of those kind of skills which helps develop talent.
