You talked about Hayek and you mentioned the emergent order spontaneous order. I want to get into that a little bit more, specifically his idea that if I read his thoughts on this correctly that in emergent order, can you either be just or unjust? The traditional meaning of justice has at its core, the claim that justice is rendering unto each person what is due to them. And so it is paradigmatically just to uphold one's promises and one's contracts.
