I Got Great Results With the Lean Bulking Programme
I got great results with that programme. I hit all time pars on the back squat for two or three. But then i hurt my s i joint and couldn't s any further. Wasn't a major injury, but it did set me back. And so you simply can't maintain all your strength naturally when you lose 20 plus pounds. So as to the advantages of reverse pyramid training, one is it has you do your hardest work first in your workouts when you have the most energy and the most focus.
