What Are We Doing at the National Leva to Address These Problems?

There are no hard set standards. There are guide lines. The certification is done in by the voting system vendors, which they pay. And of course, because of the wayi it sets up, and its volunteer, that gives a little too much wiggling room for the voting system vendor. What are we doing at the national leva to address these problems? Or what should we be doing? We have a natoal teory harry.
