The Chupacabra in Puerto Rico?

The Puerto Rican chupacabra is less likely to be naturally occurring. The Texan one could quite possibly be a hybrid type of animal. It's also very suspicious that the first time it's reported was after 1995, when I was alive. Talked about early legend says it took them like five years to get the goat's blood.
