The Lala Rook Opera - A Sri Lankan Story
Lala Rook, for instance, there is a wonderful opera company in Washington, D.C., called Opera Lafayette. They revive many of these 18th century, 17th century operas and play them with the instruments that were used at that time. So that's how Lala Rook was revived and played. I think it was quite a beautiful production, but it wasn't one of those, you know, the Aida type of production.
