Did You Have Any Kickbacks?
We had a vision for the team and it set of behaviours. It took about a month to get that sandpaper down where everyone could buy into it. And we did not at the time how good this team was going to be or how good the players were going to be because Tina gets lost in a super rugby, you sort of think that they can't be any good. But they had said we had a lot of exceptional individuals in that team, exceptional people. So I think, did you have any pushback like that when you're trying to develop a culture? You almost got to become cult-like to create a point of difference.
