Leadership Isn't a Boss, It's a Leader

Leading a team isn't necessarily maning. It's trying to stand up and go, hey, i can see you're struggling. What am i missing? And insuring that the person at the bottom feels as valued as the people at the top. Can i take that into my own mind or whatever was in their mind when they were talking about leadership on this podcast?
