How to Be a Master Engineer

There's typically two scenarios where a master engineer is made or, or someone gets into mastering. They train with under a mastering engineer to master and all they know is mastering. A lot of the old school mastery engineers do this. Another is transition. Lou: If your mastering is not good and you need a big change from mix to master then it's probably not mastering you need, you need more mixing.
