The Importance of Loving Your Brother

Lutheran tradition is all about one's relationship to God, love of God. The last seven commandments or the second table of the law are all about love for the neighbor. Love goes beyond mere formal engagement with the command: "Love your brother and sister" It can't even be described as the thing that people like to describe as stuff as tough love.
