Nakia and Operators

Sun knew mobile was going to be huge, but they also knew who was in control. This field is dominated by operators completely. Even today, most iPhones sold in the States are bought from operators and not from Apple. The thing is these guys control the entire thing. They control the manufacturers themselves. And so the project was released. And guess what Borland loved it? It became a big project and then Han joined Sun to help him with it. But this was a repeated problem, Sun had smart people and it was at the center of a growing mobile world. So internally things were chaotic and full of infighting.
