"This was the book i need to write in order to figure out how i thought about these things," he says. "I think books like this always are for their author writes, you're drawn to a topic because you struggle with it,. not because you've figured it all out." He adds: "i wasn't relaxed at the beginning, but i was relaxed by the end".
