How to Train a Patient to Communicate Through Technology
The procedure involves putting a catheter into the jugular vein in the neck. It's then slipped up inside the skull through a little pre-existing hole that the jugul vein goes up. So it's kind of going up the drain pipes of the brain. And what we had to solve was how do you put sensors? How do you build an electronic circuit onto that stent?
