Orkas met his wife in the food court at sea world. He told her that he was a geneticist and doctor who helped people with cancer. She married him, but later on she found out he was a con man. Orkas sold an advanced serum which could cure cancer for thousands of dollars. The case is so famous it's been made into a movie.
