The Importance of Cultural Criticism in Food Writing
I think that food has been siloed in its own world for too long. I would love to just teach food writing with an eye towards cultural criticism. There's so much good stuff happening independently, there needs to be a way for sub stack to kind of bring us together and like allow people to kind of get the food bundle or something like that. If you're getting like five newsletters for $100 a year, yeah, I think that would be cool. And I would opt into that.
