The Essence of Creativity
MuZero is an AI system that can play games without being given any rules at all. It was able to imagine what would happen if it played this move or took this action in the future. The project's creator says we're already seeing examples where algorithms are creative within constrained domains. He believes more machines will be able to discover for themselves ideas that help them to achieve goals.
