Canadian Banks in the US Banking Sector?

There's a number of them that have been trying to expand in the US. TD is currently in the process of trying to buy or has a deal to buy first horizon, which is based in Tennessee. But it kind of goes back to the same thinking around JP Morgan and these major heavyweights. The Canadian banks have other big bases or a broader base that they can kind of rely on.
