The Importance of Momentum

The longer people carry negative beliefs, they become like these rocks that are just sitting in your back packs. I can tell you, for myself, i had to focus on the positive. And the more positive energy i focused on, the more that i actually received and got and gained. The other thing, and this is a quote from altromose, and that is, just do the boring work. When there's a whole bunch of boring work, you talk about it to do everything else. You don't get anything out of it. O're not just stronger in what you're lifting, but mentally the way you're able to deal with some of the hard stuff that's going on
