How to Export Meeting Notes From Agenda Using Short Cuts?

I tend to export almost everything in a mark down for map, because that way i know that a, its plain text. And then i can parse that appropriately by by short cuts. I think the meeting notes one is is the most a routine one that i do. But i've also got a more generalized, sort of a email, you know, make a rich text for mark down and then emal it. It's actually quicker for me to do this stuff from my phone or from my opad than it is from my Mack.
