Do You Work Out?
I was on the Canadian national wrestling team for well over a decade and competed around the world. I always say that fitness for me is it clears the cobwebs, refreshes me mentally and emotionally. It's where I get my stress release from. The physical benefits are just a byproduct in my mind. And even if I wasn't getting like the physical benefits of training, I would still do it because it is that therapeutic for me. So we had our first training session yesterday. We train every, every body part that we train when we train it to mechanical failure...and we love it.
