How to Upgrade Dependencies

Elixir is coming off a few tools to help you make it a little bit easier. I think the dependencies you should probably keep up to date fairly regular, but language versions are one thing which has always been happening once in the blue moon kind of thing. And if that's what you're using auto revenue, it's better to raise the issue even if you're wrong. It's still a good topic though. You have to pick your battles.
