The Importance of Asking the Holy Spirit for Guidance
God is your creator, the Holy Spirit is your guide and Jesus is your elder brother. The distinction that makes sense to me because sometimes you don't want to go to dad. Sometimes you want to going to your brother. It just depends on who you feel the closest to. I hear what you're saying about the course itself asks us to pray to God, and so we should follow that model. Along that line, should we ask for specific guidance from the Holy Spirit? Yes. Now, this has been a strange turn in the course community in the last several years where I started hearing from people that we should not do that.
