Mentorships Are Two Ways Street
I think I've gained the most from virtual mentors like people I've I've read their great books. And maybe I've had the opportunity to answer ask them a couple questions on Twitter. For me, I spend my creative time writing or podcast and I feel that helps the most people or at least it helps me. In my business now, all of my employees are constantly exploring side opportunities. They can't and you can't, it can't be like I do it and my employees don't. So I have to live by an example.
